"I Will Get There" STRETCH challenge that helps to vary your stretching routine and body weight workout. Unlike regular app, a Live Trainer(Coach Maki-yes me) schedules your daily program that you can follow everyday(5days/week and 2days rest day) and log.

Don’t worry if you feel that some stretches are too hard or can’t do some specific body weight workout movement. I will schedule 1~2 routines based of your flexibility into your day and enjoy.  Short Video demonstrations of most stretches and movements!
